There is no cookie policy as a separate document. Raphael sets no cookies, and the question is covered in section 12 of the Privacy Policy.
These are the canonical URLs for each document. They are the addresses to cite anywhere the terms or the policy need to be referenced — including in a Discord application verification form, where they are expected to be public, stable, and reachable without signing in.

These documents are written to describe what the software actually does, so if the Service's behaviour changes they must be updated to match. Nothing here has been reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
